About the Role
We’re looking for a confident and engaging Software Trainer to join our Client Success team.
In this role, you’ll train and support law firms in getting the most from the LawWare platform, helping them use technology to improve efficiency, compliance, and client service. You’ll deliver hands-on software training both in person and remotely, create high-quality learning materials, and play a key role in ensuring our Clients get lasting value from their investment in LawWare.

What You’ll Do
Deliver engaging in-person and online training sessions for new and existing Clients.
Tailor training to suit firms of all sizes, from sole practitioners to large practices.
Support onboarding projects, including system setup, permissions, and data validation.
Provide follow-up support to ensure successful Client adoption.
Develop and maintain training materials, video tutorials, and e-learning content.
Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the LawWare Training Platform.
Collaborate closely with the Client Success, Development, and Support teams.
Act as a trusted advisor and ambassador for the LawWare brand.
About You
You’ll be someone who enjoys helping others succeed, a confident communicator who can simplify technology for diverse audiences.
You’ll bring:
Proven experience delivering software or systems training (ideally in professional services or legal sectors).
Previous Cash Accounts experience within the legal industry.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, in-person and online.
Strong technical aptitude and an ability to quickly understand software workflows.
Experience developing or updating training content and materials.
A proactive, client-focused approach with great attention to detail.
